Organising around value entails considerable benefits to agility at scale empowering organisations to focus on delivering value, reduce time-to-market, and learn faster. Value Streams in the context of Lean product development, represent a realisation of Systems Thinking in establishing an end-to-end collaboration to optimise flow of value.
In this session we'll share our experience in working with different organisations to move towards value streams. We'll briefly touch upon the concept of Value Streams, tips to consider and pitfalls to avoid when creating value streams, and the journey from silo'ed organisations to value streams and back down to "micro" value streams.
